We don't sell you a tool. We rebuild how your service is delivered.

Good candidates

Two questions decide whether a piece of work can be rebuilt:

  1. Is there a checkable right answer? A claim code is right or wrong. A shipment classification is right or wrong. If a senior person can check the output against rules, agents plus a rulebook can do most of it.
  2. Does it repeat? Hundreds of similar jobs a month. That volume is what makes the rulebook worth writing.

Work that is checkable and repeated is where we start. Work that depends on one-off judgment keeps a person in charge, and we build tools that prepare the decision rather than make it.

The six parts

1. The unit

We help you define the single thing you deliver, with a clear finish line. Never "hours." Once the unit is defined, you can price it per job or as a monthly retainer, measure it and improve it.

2. The intake

We turn scoping calls and email threads into a form or upload. If the intake can't be a form, the unit isn't clear enough yet, and we fix that first.

3. The engine

AI agents set up with your instructions, your past work as examples, and the context of your industry. Over months, it becomes something competitors can't copy, because it's shaped by your jobs.

4. The rulebook

We sit with your experts and write down what "correct" means, and every mistake the engine makes goes into it. After a few hundred jobs, the rulebook is what makes the output trustworthy. It lives in your systems and belongs to you.

5. The review step

We set, per unit, what goes out automatically and what a person checks first. As the rulebook grows, the share that needs review shrinks.

6. The delivery

A client dashboard or portal showing every job, its status, and what needs attention. It replaces the status email and most of the account management.

The platform underneath

The service runs on your cloud or your own servers, managed through KubeNest, our delivery platform. Your client data stays in your environment.
