Audit

We look at your real work before we quote a build.

  • Pick the unit. We map the jobs your team does and choose the one with the best mix of volume, checkability and margin.
  • Run real jobs. We put [20–50] of your past jobs through a working prototype and compare the output with what your experts produced.
  • First draft of the rulebook. Every gap we find is written down.
  • The economics. Hours per job today, expected hours per job after the build, and what that does to your margin or your price.
  • Build / skip / later. What's worth building now, what isn't, and what's too risky to automate.

You get a written plan and a walkthrough recording. It's yours whether or not we build together. If we do build, the audit fee is credited to the build.

Build

Fixed scope and fixed price, quoted after the audit.

  • Live work from week one. The engine runs on real jobs, and your experts review every output at the start.
  • Every mistake goes in the rulebook. We track the review rate weekly and watch it fall.
  • Intake and delivery ship alongside. The form, the review queue and the client dashboard, released weekly in your environment.
  • One team, problem to production. Forward-deployed engineers, working with your experts. AI coding agents do most of the build; senior engineers own every change.

Step 3 · optional · monthly

Run

Monitoring, model upgrades, rulebook maintenance and small improvements every month. Or we hand it over completely, with documentation your team can run. Written into the contract from day one.

What we won't do

  • Quote a build before we've seen your real work. That's what the audit is for.
  • Remove the expert from high-stakes calls. Where money or legal exposure is involved, the system prepares and a person decides.
  • Build spam. Scraped contact lists, bulk messaging and fake engagement break platform rules and data protection law.
  • Keep the keys. Code, agents, rulebook and data live in your accounts.
